Shipping and Delivery Conditions
We offer the following shipping and delivery options:
In Cyprus (up to 3 working days)
Free Shipping Available for orders more than € 50 subtotal within Cyprus. We send it for you to pickup at your local GAP/Akis Couriers’ office. Orders received by or before 10.30 am on working days, will be processed and sent out the same day. Orders received after 10.30 am will be processed and posted the following working day.
Note: Holysmoke cannot deliver to the northern side of Cyprus at present. Please contact us for alternative methods.
European Union Countries (5+ working days)
Rest of the World (10+ working days depending on your country’s location)
Cash on Delivery only available in Cyprus. Cash on delivery charges apply to the receiver of the products. These must be paid upon delivery.

Delivery and Shipping conditions:
If and when packages are lost, delayed or damaged while being shipped from Holy Smoke to you, Holy Smoke will not be able to offer a refund or resend the products until the respective shipping / logistics company or organisation has effected an investigation. This, depending on the chosen delivery method may take up some time, in the case of the Cyprus Postal Service 15 working days for Cyprus orders, 20 working days for EU orders and 25 working days for international orders from the date of posting.
If you order Products for delivery outside of Cyprus, you may be subject to local import duties and taxes. You are responsible for payment of any such import duties levies and/or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Your Right to Cancel
Subject to our Terms and Conditions, You may cancel your order free of charge and penalty, provided always that (i) the products have not been sent out to you; or (ii) within seven (7) days from the day after your receipt of the products. To cancel your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include all the details from your receipt, such as your name, the relevant – to be returned - product/s, shipping number, order number, your address etc and if you wish, the reasons for your return, albeit you do not need to provide your reasons.
Once we have been notified, we will contact you by email, to the same email address you have used to inform us about the cancellation and return. If you simply “changed your mind” please do not unpack the products and return those to us unopened. Upon receipt, we will – once satisfied that our products have been returned undamaged – promptly affect a refund to you, via the same payment method you have used. You should have your money back, minus any credit card or Paypal (etc) charges, within 7 working days from us processing the refund.
If you have opened the Product and wish to cancel, please repack everything to a state as “original as reasonably possible”. If the product is not what you have ordered, or damaged, or does not work, please inform us at once. We may be able to sort this out remotely. In any case, if you wish to return this/ese Product/s, please follow the steps above and return those to us as soon as possible, you must stay within the 7 days limit if you are a private individual, if you are a commercial organisation, you must react immediately and the 7 days limit does not apply.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, you do not have sufficient funds in your account, or, we have made an error in pricing products by a margin of more than 10% (either way).
