Job Opening

Position: Salesperson – Retail Vape Specialist
Location: Main Store, Larnaca

We’re searching for a customer-focused salesperson who knows how to connect with people and gets that good service never goes out of style. Our customers come in with questions and trust us for honest advice — that’s where you come in.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with products and purchases
  • Provide clear, knowledgeable advice (no pushy sales talk)
  • Operate POS and handle transactions accurately
  • Maintain neat and well-stocked displays
  • Keep up with basic product info, safety, and compliance

What we want from you

  • Reliable, punctual, and take pride in your work
  • Fluent in both Greek and English (spoken and written)
  • Friendly communicator who listens first, talks second
  • Basic computer skills (POS systems, email, inventory app)
  • Excel and Word knowledge a plus (for stock lists / daily logs)
  • Retail or vape experience is welcome — but attitude wins

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες

  • Υποδοχή και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
  • Παροχή καθαρών και επαγγελματικών συμβουλών προϊόντων
  • Λειτουργία ταμείου και ορθές συναλλαγές
  • Τακτοποίηση ραφιών και αισθητική του καταστήματος
  • Συμμόρφωση με διαδικασίες και κανονισμούς

Τι ζητάμε από εσένα

  • Αξιοπιστία και συνέπεια
  • Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών και Αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά)
  • Καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Βασικές δεξιότητες σε υπολογιστή (POS, email)
  • Γνώσεις Excel & Word επιπλέον πλεονέκτημα
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία λιανικής ή vaping είναι θετικό αλλά όχι απαραίτητο
